It has a compact and granulated texture, with a pronounced sweet aroma and flavor, presenting the characteristics of grana when cut into rock .

Parmesan Cheese Wedge

  • After maturing, the cheese is cut into wedges of approximately 200g.

    Primary packaging Vacuum packed in heat-shrinkable bags

    Secondary packaging corrugated cardboard box for 12 units - Box dimensions (370 x 260 x 110 mm)

  • Keep refrigerated between 4 and 7 ºC

    Shelf life 180 days once the cheese is cut,
